Okay so here’s the truth, i’ve always had a different idea for Jewellery, I’ve always looked at jewellery as a sense of meaning, like a gift. And usually once I receive a gift of jewellery that is what stays on me fo-eva, till I get a new piece x So truth be told, these are the first pieces I’ve EVER bought myself and I’m glad to say I’ve moved into the jewellery phase, yes I know it’s late af, but I’m super excited to show you all the super cute and unique pieces I come across xx

🚨DONT SLEEP ON THIS🚨
this is the LAST month to get a profit share of this billion dollar company!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It took Amazon 5 years to achieve $1 billion,
It took Netflix 10 years to become $1 billion,
It took Apple 15 years to become a billion dollar company,
It took Starbucks 20 years to become a billion dollar company.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now, if any of those companies asked you if you wanted to join and you’ll be receiving a profit share, I’m sure you wouldn’t think twice!! You’ll go for it!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Okay cool. Now Monat has only been live for 5 years and we have become a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY! in only 5 years!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But here’s the thing,
This is the last month the join to receive one profit share of the company.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Are you going to take it?
Or are you going to watch?

HELLO DECEMBER ❄️

This is the beginning of the last month to the end of the year. I love this time of year, I’m not to fond of the cold but the joy of cozy snuggles and minty hot chocolate make up for that! Usually, like most of us, we tend to think and reflect on all the things that we have learned from the past year. sometimes good sometimes bad, but either way its time to celebrate. Celebrate how far we’ve come and take a second to think;
What have you gained?
What do you want to changed?
How do you see yourself 5 years from now?

This year isn’t over yet and this month might just change my life but I’m am absolutely grateful for so much, I’ve achieve so much and I can not wait until I am where I want to be!

To all single mommies 👩‍👧‍👦

When was the last time you felt overwhelmed? Was it last week? Yesterday? Psh today?!

Overwhelm usually hits when you have finally settled down to treat a quiet moment to yourself, for you to think about it all over for the next day. It’s feels nonstop, like you can’t seem to catch you breath. Can you relate?

I mean, don’t get me wrong. We love our kids. But sometimes we have to imagine to put our life’s on pause for a moment, grab a glass of wine, out our feet up and breathe. I mean it’s hard enough to get some decent human sleep, let alone leaving us unbothered to take a decent sh*t.

Overwhelm is heavy. It creates a feeling of being out of control of practically everything you can think of. I can be really hard to snap out of. And we can’t have that.

So, I wanted to share four ways that have helped me cope:

1. Close your eyes, count to 20, and breathe. A quick 1 minute mindful meditation is the quickest way to show yourself that you are the boss. Once you realise that, regroup, then open your eyes and proceed.

2. Look round and five thing your grateful for. Realising your worth is a really good way to push yourself in the direction you’re wanting to go in.

3. Write a To-Do list. Put what is most important that is needed to be done first like deadline and payments, then add on things that aren’t so important like folding the laundry and what to make for dinner. This will help relieverelieve a whole lot of stress.

4. Scheduled downtime. Be selfish! It’s okay! Don’t worry about the mess, the dishes, the food all over the floor. Give your self time the time you deserve. You time you sacrifice for everyone else. give it to yourself! You have A LOT going on! You have to give yourself something to look forward to. This will help ease away mentally.

How do you cope??
