• Shoulder pain while running
• Neck pain and tension with movement
• Ongoing upper back/Shoulder discomfort

Assessment:
🔹 Right shoulder sitting lower than the left
🔹 Tightness through the neck, upper traps, lats, shoulders and upper back
🔹 Restricted movement due to muscular tension

Treatment:
A deep tissue sports massage focusing on the:
✔️ Shoulders
✔️ Upper arms
✔️ Neck
✔️ Upper traps
✔️ Mid & upper back
✔️ Lats

Results:
✨ Noticeable reduction in neck tension and pain
✨ Improved shoulder alignment, with shoulders sitting much more level
