Some days, I just have to stop and appreciate how lucky I am. ❤️

Starting over later in life was terrifying. It was a huge risk, and there were so many moments when I questioned whether I was doing the right thing.

But my goodness… I’m so glad I took the leap.

Over the last couple of months I’ve had the privilege of meeting some truly incredible women. Different ages, different backgrounds, different stories, all navigating their own journey through life and womanhood.

Every single one of you has trusted me with a little bit of your time, and I never take that for granted.

The best part of my job isn’t giving a massage or a facial. It’s watching someone walk out of my treatment room looking softer, lighter, calmer and smiling more than when they walked in. Knowing that, even for just an hour, I’ve helped someone switch off from the world is a feeling I can’t really put into words.

Work doesn’t feel like work anymore.

It feels like I’ve found where I’m meant to be.

So today, I’m feeling incredibly grateful. Thank you to every single client who has supported me, recommended me, shared my posts, or simply trusted me enough to book.
