She was also the first therapist in Derry to provide Shellac Nails which have proved hugely popular with clients. Aisling prides herself in providing a calming, holistic environment where her clients completely escape the stresses of modern life. She compliments her therapies with yoga practises with the goal of helping clients find peace of mind. Her business is closely linked with Yvonne McLaughlin of Nutri-Ki Health Studio, a Kinesiologist who practises from the same building. Together with Odel from Love Hot Yoga Studio, these three ladies love to promote a wholesome, healthy lifestyle. In 2009, Aisling qualitfied as an Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She teaches yoga from Love Hot Yoga Studio on Tuesday evenings @ 5.30pm. She’d be delighted to welcome new students to join her class and feel the benefits of total relaxation.
