Hi everyone! We’ve updated our appointment system, and all appointment confirmations and reminders will now be sent by email only.

As Phorest is also used by other local salons and clinics, please make sure we have your correct email address and phone number to ensure you receive your appointment details. As failure to attend to your appointment will result a payment charge. If you don’t like emails, make sure to put it in your phones and diary when you book in the salon.

If your contact information has changed, just let us know.

What a year it’s been!

Today we’re celebrating one incredible year of making you all look and feel your best. From our very first client to everyone who has supported us along the way, thank you for trusting us, recommending us, and being part of our journey.

We couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you. Here’s to another year of beautiful hair, amazing conversations, and making you feel fabulous.

Hi everyone

Just a little notice to let you all know that I’ll be taking a two-week break from 5th–17th September.

As a result, some appointments may be scheduled a week or so later than usual, so please book in advance where possible.

I’ll make sure all appointments and messages are up to date before I head off. Any messages received while I’m away will be replied to once I’m back at work.

To all our wonderful clients,

I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your continued support and loyalty. Due to an overwhelming demand for appointments, i have now reached my maximum capacity.

Effective immediately, my books are officially closed to new clients. At this time, I am only able to accommodate existing clients, and all appointments must be booked through the online booking system. Of course if any issues with online booking give me a text but I am unable to keep up with everyones messages, and appointments are getting missed and mixed up. I am no longer able to accept bookings via messages or calls.

Bookings will strictly be online with only 3 months in advance, rescheduling must also be completed online.

As many of you know, Casey is still in training and is not yet ready to take on clients independently. Until her training is complete, I am unable to increase appointment availability.

This decision has not been made lightly, but it is necessary to ensure I can continue providing the highest standard of service to my existing clients.

My books may reopen in the future, and I will be sure to announce any updates as soon as possible.
