To all of my lovely clients,

I wanted to share a personal update with you all.

As many of you know, I always do my best to accommodate everyone and give 100% to each appointment. Unfortunately, I have been struggling with my mental health recently, and after a lot of thought, I have made the difficult decision to temporarily reduce my working hours while I focus on getting myself back to full health.

This has not been an easy decision, as I genuinely hate the thought of letting anyone down. However, I know that taking care of myself now is the best way for me to return as the stylist you know and deserve.

I want to thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this time. It means more than you know.

For clients who are unable to get an appointment with me while I am working reduced hours, my wonderful colleague Kate has kindly offered to help where she can and will do her best to accommodate some of my clients.

This is only a temporary change, and I look forward to welcoming you all back into my chair as soon as I am feeling better.

Like many small businesses, we’ve seen significant increases in our overheads, including the cost of professional products, utilities, and staff wages. To allow us to continue delivering the very best service, we will be making a small adjustment to our prices, effective from 1st April 2026.
