Three things I would never do as an aesthetics practitioner.
One — upsell. If you don't need a treatment, I'll tell you. I've had clients come in thinking they needed a facelift and left with something cheaper that worked better.
Two — use anything twice. Every piece of equipment is sealed, dated, and yours only. Once used it goes in the sharps bin. Done.
Three — not offer you a drink. Because you should feel relaxed, comfortable, and well looked after before anything else happens.
