Hi, I’m Elizabeth, founder of You & Improved - IOM
and now Improved Wellness.

Six years ago, I started You & Improved with a simple goal - helping people feel more 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of treating thousands of clients, 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 and growing a business that I am truly proud of.

But throughout that journey, my passion for health, recovery and wellbeing continued to grow. I became 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 - not just how we look, but how we feel, recover and perform.

That passion led to the creation of 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.

This journey has been 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Behind the scenes, there have been countless hours of research, training, travelling, planning, sourcing equipment, securing new premises and creating a space that truly reflects the vision I have for wellness on the Isle of Man.

My goal has always been simple: 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.
