According to the ONS( Office of National Statistic) around one in five people who tested positive for COVID-19 had symptoms that lasted for five weeks or longer.
One in 10 people had symptoms that lasted for 12 weeks or more.

Some of those who became ill early in the pandemic are still experiencing severe ongoing symptoms nearly a year later.

Most people experience multiple symptoms, with about 13 symptoms on average.The range of symptoms is varied, but commonly includes fatigue, muscle pain or weakness, and brain fog.
