I walk for my mental health 🤍
I left all the natural sounds in this video montage for a reason: the subtle ASMR of footsteps, wind, water, distant traffic, and birdsong—this is raw sound therapy.
Sometimes we push ourselves a little too far (I could have simultaneously fainted and been sick when i got home 🤣🌞🔥)....but the reset is real. Now back in the air con, heart full, nervous system calmer.

💭Preparing for your sound bath session💭
Are you ready to relax and immerse yourself in healing vibrations?
Here's what you may want to bring to ensure you have the most comfortable and peaceful experience:
💭Yoga or Pilates mat and blanket - for comfort as you lay down and soak in the sounds
💭Pillow - to support your head
💭Cosy layers - your body temperature may drop, so bring a jumper or cosy socks
💭Water bottle - stay hydrayed and help your body integrate the healing
💭Journal (optional) - some like to reflect or jot down insights after the session
Come pepared, relax, and let the sounds take you on your own personal journey 🤍

I absolutely LOVE to hear what you experience during our sound sessions 🤍
During a quartz crystal bowl sound bath you may feel deep relaxation, warmth, or tingling as the soothing vibrations help to release stress and tension
You may enter a meditative state, quietening your mind and allowing your emotions to balance.
However, everyone's experience is different. You may not feel anything physical right away, and that's OK too. The healing frequencies can be subtle, often affecting the energy and emotions in ways that aren't always immediate or obvious.
Trust that sound is working on a deeper level to restore wellbeing 🤍✨️

I'm Amanda, your dedicated sound bath facilitator with almost 16 years experience in the wellness industry. 🤍
As a busy mum of three, I've spent years navigating the chaos of life, often feeling trapped in a constant state of stress, which took a toll on my mental and physical health. During a transformative trip to London, I discovered the power of sound healing, specifically through crystal bowls, which helped me quiet my racing mind and reconnect with inner peace.
Sound bowl meditation is one of several practices that has supported me to take steps out of conditioned patterns of overthinking and stress, empowering me to live more consciously, in alignment with my values and authentic self. It has helped me make positive moves forward in life, from a state of feeling stuck🤍
