Spring has finally sprung πŸŒ·πŸ˜…πŸ₯°

Not only has the start of this year gone fast, but can you believe my little fur baby Woody will be 1 next month πŸ’™
He is one of my little earth angels, born 4/4, so I thought I would do a special offer for that day to mark the occasion 😊 ..... There may be chaos around us, but we each have the responsibility to find and return to the peace and calm within ✨️

Back to my favourite peaceful place with my calm, beach loving fur baby ❀️

I take every opportunity I can to help ground my energy, so I love to walk barefoot on the sand or grass.

The benefits.... reduces stress and anxiety, aids sleep and helps boost your energy......

How to ground..... walk barefoot, spend time in nature, eating foods from the earth and gardening.

You don't need to go outside though to ground- simply take some time out in a quiet space. Take a few breathes to help quieten the mind and then take your attention to below the soles of your feet. In that space between the soles of your feet and the ground, you will start to become aware of the energy that is always present βœ¨οΈπŸ’™

I have just taken a moment to reflect back on my first year of offering reiki to other ✨️With the exception of 4 or 5 clients, everyone else has been new to reiki!

Reiki was the first steps on my ladder towards healing. To be honest, I was nervous as I didnt know what to expect, but deep down I knew I was safe and where I needed to be. My body and mind didnt reflect that though.... I was as stiff as a board throughout and my mind was racing.

Looking back, I can see how greatly my nervous system had been impacted. Im now grateful for taking that first step. Healing isn't easy. I can't promise it won't hurt. You often feel like giving up. The only thing that I can promise though is that its worth it..... we are all worthy of peace and happiness.

There is no one solution. You just need to be persistent. Along with reiki, I've tried breathwork, meditations, spiritual coaching, kinetic chain release, hypnotherapy, massages, walks in nature.... the list goes on. My mind can still be noisy, but I notice it now and tell it to quieten. My body tenses, even during rest, but I give it permission to relax.

Sharing to encourage others to keep going, or to take that first step in anyway you can. Most importantly, just take time to come back to yourself and love yourself more and more each day
