**SEPTEMBER 26 PAYMENT CHANGES**

After careful consideration I need to make a little adjustment as of next month (September)
As most of you will know i try and be very flexible with payments if paying by bank transfer, I always say sort the client first and send payment when things have settled back down.

Unfortunately, Im often left chasing payments hours later and on occasions receiving payment a few days later. I am a solo business owner who has a young family at home, my time is precious at home and I no longer feel like I can give up family time for more admin work. Theres alot of time that is spent running a business behind the scenes its not just simply cutting hair!

I hope everyone can understand this matter and moving forward if you cannot pay with cash I will still accept bank transfer however, payment MUST be paid before I leave. For some it might mean sending payment before I cut the hair in order to be able to fully support the client immediately after my service.

Thanks for your ongoing support and understanding with this

Im aware my inbox is quite busy. Please bare with me I will get back to everyone by the end of next week. The school rush is rushing...admin needs to be put on hold for now 😅

Had to share some feedback I received today, definitely fills my cup right up 🥰

Anyone starting out with wee ones who hate hair cuts. This is real life feedback (ive hidden the person for privacy).

This family have stuck to regular appointments, even when times got tough, screaming, crying, holding, sometimes even sick. Im sure on several occasions mum was ready to give up but she DIDNT and the wee man is totally smashing it now. Anxiety is still there but he tolerates a hair cut now and sometimes I even get a wee cuddle when I leave 🥰

I feel like a preach it but honestly regular visits, consistency, adapting & working out what works best along the way is key. Give the time and eventually something just clicks!

This barbers heart is that wee bit fuller this weekend ❤️🤍🖤

Gentle reminder to all clients...
