🌸 I’LL BE AT LONGPARISH VILLAGE FETE THIS SATURDAY! 🌸

I’m so excited to be setting up The Braid Bar at the Longparish Village Fete this Saturday! 💕✨

I’ll have my stall packed with reusable braids, colourful hair accessories, festival-style braids, glittery hair and lots of fun bits and bobs 🌈🦋✨

Whether you fancy adding a little something colourful to your hair, getting festival-ready, or just coming over for a browse and a chat, come and say hello! 🥰

There’s loads going on at the fete too — handmade gifts, face painting, games, food, cakes, a bar & Pimm’s tent, car show and much more! 🎪🍰🍹

So grab your friends, bring the kids and come and have a lovely afternoon! 💗

👨‍🦰👨‍🦱 DADS… THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! 👨‍🦰👨‍🦱

Do you have a daughter who is constantly asking for braids, but when she asks you to do them you’re suddenly thinking… “I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing!” 😂🙈

Well, I’m thinking of putting on a Dads’ Beginner Braiding Class! 💇‍♀️✨

A relaxed, fun session where I’ll teach you the basics of braiding so you can finally impress the kids with something other than a wonky ponytail! 😂

And if you’re feeling a bit awkward about coming on your own… get a group of dad friends together and come along as a little team! 👨‍👨‍👦 You can have a laugh, learn together and hopefully leave knowing how to do a decent braid!

No experience needed whatsoever — if you can hold three sections of hair, you’re halfway there! 😂

🎀✨ SOMETHING NEW COMING TO THE BRAID BAR? ✨🎀

Over the last few events, I’ve had a few lovely customers asking me if I offer braiding classes — especially for parents who would love to learn how to braid their children’s hair at home! 💕👩‍👧

So I’m thinking… would this be something you’d be interested in? 👀✨

I’m considering running small, relaxed beginner braiding classes where I could teach you the basics, including:

🎀 3-strand braids
💕 French braids
🌈 Dutch braids
✨ Tips for sectioning and keeping braids neat
🎀 Simple fun styles you can recreate at home

The idea would be to keep the groups small and friendly, or I can come to you, so everyone gets plenty of help and hands-on practice. 🥰

Could be an ideal gift for someone 🎁

Dads, grandads, uncles & brothers are also welcome 🤗 it’s not just females that might need some practice 😅

This is still just an idea at the moment, so I’d love to know if there’s actually enough interest before I arrange a venue and dates!
