What I wear, behind the chair, as an AuDHD hairdresser 💇🏼♀️
It’s been a while since I shared an OOTD collection so here is a big one!
These are varied and from a mixture of different temperatures 🌡️ this week as I slowly boil from the inside I’m finding it a lot harder to be comfortable and feel nice in my clothes which are really important to my daily happiness 🤣
Many neurodivergent people struggle to manage their body temperature or to even really acknowledge it until it becomes a problem. As someone who typically runs cold 🥶 I find these hotter days pretty hard to manage when I am working.
The one bonus is I am drinking LOTS of water 🤣
