I’m a little sad to see these go because they’re SO good!

Last Sunday afternoon, 9 women came together at The Wellness Barn Edinburgh with myself and Tropic Skincare - Jennifer W Miller for our Reset Ritual.

Our session started with a seated yoga practice, focused on the head, neck and shoulders, building in breathwork to find ease. Then Jennifer led a skincare ritual with Tropic products, showing how something as ordinary as taking off our make-up or applying moisturiser can become a mindful moment to pause in the day instead of something rushed.

We explored how modern life can put pressure on our posture. Screens, phones, sitting for long stretches, all of it pulls us forward and down. That forward lean adds real load through our bodies. That's why we built the session the way we did, releasing tension through the neck and shoulders, working with the breath first, before moving into the facial work.

Then in our final session, we came to stillness for relaxation before sending everyone on their way with their goodie bag.

The feedback since has been lovely, people mentioned feeling good afterwards, enjoying coming together as a group to socialise in a relaxed setting.

🍂✨ HELLO SEPTEMBER ✨🍂

I’m not quite sure how we’ve arrived here already, but here we are! A new month, a change of season and the perfect opportunity for a little reset. 🌿

September always gives me that “fresh start” feeling 🤩 back to routines, getting organised and taking a little more time to look after ourselves.

And as we head into autumn, I’m thinking skin, self-care, cosy evenings and feeling good in our own skin. 🥰
