🌼✨ The Nose Knows: How to Spot a Spoiled Perfume! 🌸👃

Just like that carton of milk lurking at the back of your fridge, perfumes can also turn sour with time. 🥛🙊 But how can you tell when your beloved scent has gone off? Let's help demystify the art of olfactory detection! 🧐🌟

🕰️ Time Takes its Toll: Perfumes, like many things in life, have a shelf life. Over time, exposure to air and light can cause the fragrance molecules to break down, altering the scent.

👃 Sniff Test: Just as you'd give milk a cautious sniff, do the same with your perfume. If it smells strange, off, or even slightly rancid, it's a tell-tale sign that it's gone past its best.

🧴 Colour Change: Similar to how spoiled milk can curdle and change colour, perfume can become darker or cloudier. If you notice this, it's time to bid farewell.

🔮 Altered Notes: If the fragrance no longer boasts the same top, middle, and base notes as when you first fell in love with it, it might be a sign of spoilage.

🌿 Loss of Freshness: A once vibrant, fresh perfume may lose its sparkle and vibrancy, just as old milk loses its freshness.

Remember, just like with that carton of milk, a perfume that has gone off won't provide the delightful experience it once did. Instead, use it as a room spray (avoiding polished surfaces) and order a refill!
