Just a little housekeeping as we head into a very busy summer! ☀️

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be moved, and there is absolutely no problem with rescheduling. However, please remember that your 48-hour reminder text is a reminder of your appointment, not a reminder that you can cancel or move it within the 48-hour cancellation window. Any changes made within 48 hours will still be subject to my late cancellation fee, as per my booking policy.

Also, if you change your mind about the service you have booked and decide on the day that you want something significantly smaller or different, without letting me know beforehand, you will still be charged for the original appointment booked. Equally, if you decide you want a bigger service and I don’t have the time to accommodate it, I may not be able to do it. So please just let me know in advance if your plans or requirements change! 🫶🏼

I am currently booking around 8 weeks in advance, so please keep this in mind when rescheduling, as it could be around 8 weeks before I can get you back in.
