Maternity Leave 💫

Just a little update to say that I am now officially on Maternity leave.

I will still keep an eye on socials and emails while I'm off if you need to get in touch. Albeit replies might be a little slower, I'm always here if you need anything.

I am hoping to return to the salon around August, all being well.
I'll pop an email out nearer the time with all information and how to book.

Lots of exciting things to come on my return, including a new machine for laser facials and the launch of The Laser Club!

But for now thank you as always for choosing and trusting me with your treatments.

🖌️ Process - 2.5/3 hours for initial treatment, this includes mapping, shaping and drawing brows in a shape that suits your facial structure, existing brows and desired look.

👩🏼‍🎨 A touch up is required 6-8 weeks later to asses and add the final touches if necessary.
Usually under 60 minutes appointment time.

Hi, I’m Ciara – owner of The Face & Body Clinic on South Street, Elgin.

I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2009. After completing an NVQ in Beauty Therapy, I went on to work in award-winning salons in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Australia.

I returned home to Moray in 2018 and after working from home for a while, I knew I wanted to create a dedicated space to offer the treatments I’m most passionate about – which has since grown into The Face & Body Clinic.

I’m passionate about delivering results-driven treatments, alongside treatments that make you feel good. I’ve seen first-hand how life-changing Laser Hair Removal can be and I’m excited to expand further into advanced Laser and Skin treatments.

Being pregnant with my second baby has paused things for now, but when I return in August I’ll be introducing Skin Rejuvenation treatments, including targeted solutions for ageing, pigmentation and blemishes 🙌🏼

For now, I’m winding down my final weeks in the clinic before baby number two arrives 🎉

Let's talk hair colour 🎨.....

⚡ Laser hair removal works by targeting pigment in the hair follicle

This means it is most effective on black, brown and dark blonde hair

Unfortunately light blonde, red, grey and white hair do not contain enough pigment for the laser to work effectively

If you’re unsure where you sit, a consultation is always the best place to start and one of the main reasons we offer a free consultation is to assess the hair 👩🏼‍💼

So consider this your warning don't leave it too late 😅

We've given fuller brows while keeping her natural shape and softening her arches.
