So why are we putting something from your own blood onto your skin? š
This is PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma.)
A small amount of your blood is taken and processed to separate the platelet-rich plasma, which contains platelets and growth factors involved in the bodyās natural healing processes.
We then combine PRP with microneedling, creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin while applying your own plasma as part of the treatment.
The aim? To support collagen production, skin repair and overall skin quality, making it an option we may consider for concerns such as texture, fine lines and the appearance of acne scarring.
And because the PRP comes from your own blood, itās a completely different approach to simply applying a skincare product or ampoule.

This is probably one of the most personal things Iāve ever shared on here. š¤
Itās a story I donāt speak about often, but for World First Aid Day, it felt important to tell it.
You always hope youāll never be in a situation where someoneās life depends on what you do next. But if that moment ever comes, knowing CPR and basic First Aid could make all the difference.
Iām incredibly grateful that this story had the ending it did. Itās something that has stayed with me ever since and probably always will.
If this post encourages even one person to learn CPR, book a First Aid course or refresh skills they learnt years ago, then sharing it was worth it.

In aesthetics, itās the years spent learning, treating, refining techniques, managing complications and understanding that no two faces or clients are the same.
You deserve to know who youāre trusting with your face and the experience behind the person holding the needle.
So do your research. Ask the questions. And never feel awkward about checking someoneās credentials or experience.

A little piece of summer from Morocco š²š¦š¤
We made sure to put some time aside for family this summer, and a trip to beautiful Morocco was exactly what we needed.
Slow mornings, sunshine, exploring somewhere new and making memories with the people who matter most.
As much as I love what I do, Iām learning that making time for life outside of work is just as important too.
