On my way home from a mental 3 days doing a birthday party for my Dad who was 80. Food prep in 30degree heat was not great. I got through on my patches and my husband had some too, and my nearest and dearest.
My Dad - an actual huge skeptic wore some. I chose liberty and freedom for him as he is a farmer, busy playing on his digger. He comes off a digger and onto a dumper so up and down steps on the vehicles. I asked how he did on Friday as he has knee pain. He said he felt he had a lot more energy and actually hadn’t noticed his knee pain all day!!! I don’t say anything, just “that’s the patch!!” Anyway Saturday everyone was setting up marquees and stuff and he actually came to me and asked for a patch for his balance!!! Well I never did!!! 😉😉😉😉

Anyways I’m on my way back to the Shire and am using liberty, peace and freedom because I’m in a lot of pain, I’m knackered and I just need to destress!!!! Looking forward to my own bed tonight!!!!

So this is the first patch ever created by Jay Dhaliwal for his mum who has MS. This is the all rounder, a bit like a multi vit!! One of my faves!!

Let’s start at the beginning. What is all the hype around these patches…..
