Mila is a qualified Medical Herbalist based in Fleet, Hampshire, with a passion for helping people reconnect with the healing potential of plants. Inspired by a lifelong interest in natural health and the herbal traditions passed down through her grandmother, she combines traditional herbal wisdom with modern clinical training.
At her stall, youβll find handcrafted herbal teas, bespoke botanical blends, naturally fermented vinegars, and botanical self-care products, all created with care in small batches. Mila is always happy to chat about herbs, wellbeing, and how plants can become part of everyday life.
