Many of us start the year wishing we felt lighter, more energised, and in control of our bodies—but the thought of a full-on yoga class can feel… intimidating.
That’s where I come in.

In January, all classes will be a slowed-down, beginner-friendly version, designed for anybody, any age, any body. No judgment, no pressure just simple, accessible moves to release tension, with options for more challenge if you want. Improve posture, feel stronger, and move more comfortably in your own skin.

First class: Only £5! Wednesdays 6pm in Capel-le-Ferne

Whether you’re new or a returning student, you can book for the next 3 weeks too—everyone is welcome.

Spaces are limited, start your year feeling calmer, stronger, and more YOU. 🧘‍♀️

We wrapped up today with a blissful Yin Yoga session and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.

✨ Celebrating One Year Back Teaching ✨

I can’t quite believe it’s been a whole year since I got back to teaching again after a few years off thanks to a fun thing called imposter syndrome.

Back between 2015–2018, I let that sneaky voice in my head convince me I wasn’t “enough” not skilled enough, not confident enough, not knowledgeable enough (basically, not enough of anything). So I stopped.

Fast forward to now, and I can honestly say: I’m so relieved to be getting over my own nonsense. I’ve been exhaling all the bu****it I told myself and guess what? I rarely even get nervous anymore.

Here’s what I’ve realised:
You are always enough. You already have the skills, the knowledge, the confidence, it's just buried under a mountain of unhelpful thoughts or BS! It's not a lack of anything it's already inside you.

And believe me, I tried to fill that “not enough” feeling with more teacher training programmes, extra workshops, and a Level 4 Sports Massage qualification… and guess what? Still at the start of the year not enough crept in. ” Because it never will be until you decide you already are and keep going.

This past year, I’ve just kept showing up anyway, and it’s got easier and easier. Getting extra training and guidance has helped massively, huge thanks to , for your support, encouragement and laughs along the way. 💛

Now I get to do what I love surrounded by the most wonderful humans who come to class, wobble with me, laugh & breathe with me, and remind me why I adore this work so much.

So here’s to exhaling the BS and inhaling the joy. 🙏

Yoga is the gift that keeps on giving 💪

Meet 102-year-old yoga instructor Charlotte Chopin.

She took her first yoga class at 50. She fell in love with it and never stopped going. At 60, she began teaching, and now, over 40 years later, she’s still leading classes three times a week.

“The best exercise is the one you’ll do.”

Trendy programs come and go, fitness tech evolves, and studies shift what’s “optimal.” But showing up consistently – because you enjoy what you’re doing – trumps it all.

How are you showing up for yourself?
