IMPORTANT CLIENT NOTICE

I’m really sorry that I have to now introduce a No-Show & Cancellation Policy. As a small business, my time and appointments are extremely valuable.

I have recently had to turn away potential clients because I've been fully booked. Unfortunately, some of these appointments could have been offered to them if I had known in advance that they wouldn’t be attended.

✨ NO-SHOWS: If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact me, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

✨ NO RESPONSE: If you miss your appointment and do not answer calls or respond to messages when I try to contact you, this will be classed as a no-show, and the full 100% appointment cost will be charged.

✨ REBOOKING: If you have missed an appointment, the 100% no-show fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.

✨ LATE CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

I completely understand that unexpected things can happen, and I truly appreciate your understanding. As a small business, missed appointments have a real impact on my time and income, and I hope you can understand why I've have had to put this policy in place.

Chloe first came to me just after lockdown.
We have shared some fabulous stories.
From going dark to blonde then to dark, from Chloes friends getting married and how wonderful the wedding day was. Getting a puppy called Cole (star of the show).Then Chloe sharing the news of her engagement. The endless todo lists and planning for the big day. I was very thankful when Chloe asked me todo her hair for the wedding and i cant forget Chloes five bridemaids also, along with her wonderful mum Audrey 😍

The day finally came 04.05.24 at Meldrum House. What a wonderful day it was 😍

I wish Mr and Mrs Murdoch a lifetime of happiness. Thankyou for letting me part of your wedding day 😍

While i was on holiday, i was kindly asked todo a wedding show for Drumossie Hotel.
Today was a fantastic experience teaming up with local businesses and supporting what they do.
