The symbol at the heart of Caledonian Wellness Co was chosen with intention.

Our Celtic knot represents connection, continuity and the cycles of nature. Its unbroken line has no obvious beginning or end a reminder that healing isn’t always a straight path. Is it?….🤔

Healing is NOT a straight line. It is a return to balance, through connection with ourselves, nature and the wisdom of those who came before us.

For us, the knot brings together everything that Caledonian Wellness Co stands for: the natural world, traditional knowledge, Scottish heritage, herbal wisdom and the ongoing journey towards greater balance and wellbeing.

For a long time, many of you have been asking, “When are you bringing consultations back?”

Well… they’re finally here.

Over the years, I’ve realised how many people are simply surviving rather than truly living.

Feeling exhausted even after sleeping.
Constantly stressed, overwhelmed and running on empty.
Struggling with digestion, energy, hormones, sleep or feeling disconnected from yourself.

And I understand because I’ve been there too and constantly on that healing journey.

My own healing journey has taken me through many of these challenges. I’ve learned to listen to my body, reconnect with nature and discover how powerful natural healing can be.

Through my own experiences, I’ve been able to transform many of my own struggles naturally, and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

Rowan has been revered in Highland and Celtic traditions for centuries. Known for protection and clarity, its energy is said to shield your space from negative influences. Known as the Tree of Protection, rowan has been revered in Scottish Highlands and Celtic traditions for centuries. Its vibrant red berries and delicate leaves are said to ward off negative energy, enhance intuition, and connect you to the Sidhe and ancient wisdom.

The Tradition of "Bean-nighe" and Water Rituals
In Highland folklore, the Bean-nighe (pronounced ban-nee) is a type of spirit associated with water, often seen near streams or rivers.

She’s known as the washerwoman of fate, washing the clothes of those about to die. Observing her could grant a glimpse into the future, but approaching her carelessly could bring misfortune.

Herbal and Magical Connection:

Certain herbs were traditionally placed near streams or used in offerings to protect oneself from spirits or to gain prophetic insight.
Plants like rowan, mugwort, and vervain were considered protective or divinatory.

Highlanders might hang bundles of these herbs near water or their homes to shield from negative energy and attract wisdom.
