August felt like a bit of a reset 🤍
It’s funny how quickly time passes — sometimes I feel like I’m doing so much, but also somehow not moving forward fast enough.
Trying to remind myself that not every month needs to come with some huge achievement. Sometimes just showing up, learning, moving your body and enjoying the little things is enough. 🫶🏼
