If you’ve been curious about facial wellness but not quite sure where to start or you’ve seen my Reset 4 week course or my Gua Sha Teacher Training and thought “This looks interesting… but I’d love to feel it first and does this actually work?”this gentle online taster is for you.

I know it can feel overwhelming to invest in something new when you’re not yet sure what it is or who the teacher is!

So that’s why I’m opening up a space where you can simply come along, try a few practices, and notice how your face (and body) responds.

During the hour, I’ll guide you through some of the techniques I use every day - gua sha, fascia release, lymphatic flow - simple, grounding movements that help soften the jaw, ease the forehead, brighten around the eyes, and melt the tension we carry without realising it.

There’ll be time for questions too.

Nothing complicated.

No pressure to sign up to anything afterwards.

Just small, doable techniques that help you feel more at home in your face & body.

Just come exactly as you are - have cameras off or on.
