After a change in direction for the past few years working in the care sector as an activity co-ordinator which was highly rewarding I am now returning to my holistic therapies.
Prior to working in the care sector I saw how beneficial reflexology and massage was for those with MS and Parkinsons. It is also very beneficial for those with dementia.
I am excited to tell you that I will now be offering treatments to those in care homes as well as home visits. The therapies on offer will be foot reflexology , hand reflexology, facial massage/facial reflexology as well as seated massage f this is an appropriate treatment. Full consultation will be done. Should a resident not have capacity treatment plans will be discussed with POA and nursing staff.
