Dance On Tan

This is a post that I never thought we would need to write. Dance On Tan has ceased trading, it’s a decision that has taken months to come to terms with but when we sold out of our products beginning of December we felt the time was right.

COVID had a huge impact on the business and we used every single resource we had to get through it, with the pressures of premises and all the other overheads that go with running a business it took us to breaking point. Once things started picking up after that we were hopeful that we could be the business we once were.

Unfortunately personal challenges happened and as a small family business this was another huge blow to the ability to run the business effectively.

We were a business that prided ourself on our Customer Service and our loyal customers who had been with us since the beginning will know this, in the last year that has really not been the case and we would like to apologise to our customers for lack of communication, late orders and orders that had to be refunded due to being unable to be fulfilled.

There was a few orders that came in once the products had sold out and we hadn’t had the chance to turn the website sales off these refunds are being managed by PayPal, if you are still awaiting a refund please contact PayPal.

We want to say a massive THANK YOU to anyone who purchased our products, our ambassador team, their families and our stockists without you would have been nothing.
