Stephanie came to me with back and shoulder problems after one session I got loads of tensions out of the muscles, the redness on her back shows how much work I put in with deep tissue massage this helps bring new blood to the muscles and helps loosen the muscles to ease them.

This also helps people that go to the gym by bringing new blood to the muscles and helps with fatigue (lactic acid build up ).
