🎄 A gentle reminder of our cancellation policy. Thankfully I don't have many cancellations or changes to appointments but Christmas is busy! The policy is normally a minimum of 24 hours but for December it will be 48 hours notice. I appreciate that plans change and life happens but please keep me in mind as I can't always fill your space at short notice. See you soon.
