💢Reflexology Course 💢🦶

The origin of Reflexology is still debatable but believed to have first been practiced in Egypt India and China
The western world is quite familiar with what Reflexology involves and is a frequently used therapy running alongside conventional medicine or as a stand alone treatment.
Reflexology is a treatment where the therapist applies pressure with the fingertips to specific points on the feet. The theory behind Reflexology is that each pressure point of the foot relates to a specific part/system of the body. When the therapist applies pressure to the point's of the feet they may feel crystalline substance where this substance is found is an indication that there is a blockage in the body systems. By working on this area to eradicate the crystals in the foot the body will rebalance its self and initiate the body's own ability to heal itself ✨️

Course Programme ✨️
This is an intensive training course held over a period of time. It is geared towards practising podiatrists holistic therapists or those wishing to begin a career in Therapies.
The students will carry out case studies in their own time once the case studies and a practical assessment have been completed the student will be awarded a certificate in Reflexology which is accredited by the CPD The student will be able to have membership and attain insurance to practice Reflexology professionally.

Where can this lead me it is possible to gain self employment a become your own boss or in a spa or care sectors Reflexology can also be a therapeutic treatment provided by podiatrists.
You must have Anatomy and Physiology level 3 for this course.

The assessment includes a written exam showing a clear knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology and you can retake the assessment should you need to.

Swedish Body Massage is the application of physical touch which affects the systems of the body whereby the manipulation of the soft tissue creates a pleasurable and relaxing effect. The Massage assists in eliminating stress and tension in the muscle fibres as the blood circulation is increased and toxins are released. More oxygen and blood can flow to the muscles and organs reducing pain and feelings of fatigue inducing a feeling of well-being

Training runs for 4 weeks and includes the following topics Client Care Health & Safety Oils used in Swedish Massage Benefits of Swedish Massage Practical Application of Techniques Salon Hygiene

If you do not have Anatomy and Physiology you are expected to achieve this as well. Body & Soul Elite Training Academy does provide a fully verified qualification with certificate. You will also be asked to carry out a case study that will be explained during training days.
Once the case study and a practical assessment has been carried out the student will be awarded a certificate in Swedish Body Massage which is recognised by the CPD you will be able to attain insurance and practice professionally.

All students are provided with a manual.
