I know I’ve been a lot quieter on here over the last month or so, and I haven’t been as active or available as usual. Life has thrown a lot of personal things my way recently, and honestly, I’ve needed some time to rest, recover, and focus on getting myself back to a better place mentally and emotionally.

As much as I absolutely love what I do, I never want to show up half-heartedly or give anything less than my best. My clients deserve the best version of me, and I needed to take a small step back to make sure I could come back stronger, healthier, and with my head fully back in the game.
