The Aloe Lady

Well these last two weeks have been tough! Children squabbling does not do well for my healthy eating motivation! 😣 On the plus side I actually joined the gym today 😁, after procrastinating for nearly a year, it all helps to reach my target. But I might need more chocolate before the day is done... 😑

I'm back to the shakes! After doing so well on the C9 I was really motivated, now, after a 10 day half term and a week of crazy family stuff - not so much! But, onwards and upwards, the extra chocolate calories have to go and I've no excuses until July! Today's shake uses the vanilla Lite Ultra, made with coconut water, Aloe Bits n' Peaches and a good handful of frozen fruit salad. Maybe not the healthiest, but I like it, therefore I drink it! 😃

Out with the munchkins on INSET day, only the best ice cream will do! My choice? Damson & sloe gin, and a token gesture to my brothers favourite flavour, Tim Hatch Yum Yum, its still being made!

There are so many inspirational stories out there, this is just one. I've no idea who Abigail (or her brothers!) will become, but I want to give her the best chance to get to where she wants to be. AbiLou may be part of that, for the boys too, I hope at the least it will show them that anything is possible. And Abigail does like to give a good hug! 🤗🤗🤗

Gym session I love the very flavour, which means I actually drink it! After last week's success I'm trying hard to keep up the good habits, so now it's a fresh pear and a handful of cashew nuts for post workout snack and a mixed berry shake with Forever Lite for lunch.
