Reality: most lip fillers are hyaluronic acid, a compound found naturally in the body, which lasts around 6 to 9 months. With conservative dosing and respect for your natural shape, we aim for balance and definition, not overfill.

Just the 3 treatments I personally wouldn’t go without heading into Christmas. 🎄

1. Baby GLOW ✨
One of my favourite skin boosters and something I genuinely love for my own skin.

For me, it’s all about improving skin quality, texture and laxity and getting that healthier, fresher-looking skin rather than trying to change how I look.

2. Anti-wrinkle treatment 💉
For me, this one’s a no-brainer.

I like a fresher, softer appearance while still looking like me. It’s part of my routine rather than something I suddenly think about the week before Christmas.

3. Microneedling 🤍
Anyone who has followed me for a while will have already guessed this one 😂

If I had to choose one treatment I wouldn’t want to go without, microneedling would be right up there.

Why? Because it can target texture, fine lines, pigmentation and overall skin quality, while stimulating the skin’s natural repair processes.

And that’s it.

I don’t believe you need every treatment going. Consistency and choosing the right treatments for your skin will always win for me.
