📌 A little reminder about cancellations…
We totally get it — plans change, work gets busy, life happens. That's never the issue. But we're getting more and more messages here on Instagram or via text late at night or first thing in the morning and even Sundays asking to cancel "off the books" to avoid the fee.

Here's why that can't happen:
Every cancellation has to go through Fresha. Not because we're being strict for the sake of it, but because:

• It's the only way your appointment is officially marked as cancelled, so we can actually offer that slot to someone else

• DMs and texts get missed, buried, or seen too late — Fresha doesn't

• Your appointment space has been reserved for you. Nobody else can book it. With very little notice it's almost impossible to get it rebooked, often leaving it empty, which leaves us not earning and small businesses feel that impact, which is why we need to cover our backs with our cancellation policy

• Other companies call it an admin fee or small business protection fee

• It keeps things fair — everyone follows the same process, no exceptions made quietly for some and not others

HERE'S THE BIGGY 👇🏼
• It saves us hours of admin every week manually chasing, updating, and rearranging the book by hand

Messaging us directly doesn't skip the fee — it just means your cancellation isn't properly logged, and we're left doing the extra admin anyway, usually outside working hours.
So please: any cancellation or reschedule, however last-minute, needs to go through Fresha. That's what keeps this salon running smoothly for everyone, including you. 💛 Thank you!

Massive shout out to ALL the amazing kids we've had over the last 4 weeks - every single one of them 💫 Super Stars! 💫

Piercing is not always easy for them but we are always here to give our time, our support, our encouragement and our patience. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes it takes a little longer when they're nervous but always we give our all to these amazingly brave kiddies ❤️

I'm taking a little 'time out' to switch off the phone, soak up some sun, and make a few more summer memories with the family before it all goes too fast! 🌞💛
