Your skin isn’t a treatment category.

And I think we’ve made skincare far more complicated than it needs to be.

Your skin can be dehydrated, congested, sensitive and inflamed all at the same time. It can change with your hormones, stress, environment, lifestyle and even the products you’ve been using.

So why should your treatment always be exactly the same?

This is something I’ve been thinking about a lot, looking at what your skin is actually doing today, rather than simply choosing a facial from a menu based on a skin “type”.

Because your skin doesn’t read a treatment menu.

It tells us what it needs. 🤍

Do you feel like your skin needs something different from one facial to the next? I’d love to know 👇

What if you didn’t have to know what your skin needs before you walk through the door? 🌿

Your skin changes. Your needs change. So perhaps your treatment should too.

Skincare can feel so complicated.

There are endless products, ingredients, routines and opinions telling us what we should be doing for our skin.

But your skin is individual and what works for someone else might not be what your skin needs right now.

This is something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately, and it’s a big part of the direction I’m taking Fresh Faced in. 🤍

More on that soon… 🌿

Something has been quietly changing behind the scenes at Fresh Faced…

Over the last few months, I’ve been learning, questioning and looking at skin in a completely different way.

I’m becoming much more passionate about skin health, understanding what the skin actually needs, and creating a more individual approach rather than simply treating what we see on the surface.

I’m not quite ready to share everything yet… 👀

But over the next few weeks, I’ll be bringing you along as I share what I’ve been learning, why my approach is evolving, and what this means for Fresh Faced.

Something new is being built behind the scenes. 🤍

Facial Lymphatic Drainage Massage Results ✨

Healthy glowing skin and a regulated nervous system … what more could you want ?

Photos from FRESH FACED's post 31/07/2026

If you always feel puffy, bloated or swollen after travelling, you’re not imagining it.

Long periods of sitting, dehydration and changes in cabin pressure can slow your lymphatic system, leaving you feeling heavy and sluggish.

Book your post-holiday lymphatic massage at Fresh Faced. Send me a DM or use the link in my bio to book.

When people hear “high frequency” they often think it’s only for acne-prone skin.

While it’s fantastic for helping to manage breakouts, the benefits go much further than that.

This versatile treatment can help:

✨ Calm inflammation
✨ Improve circulation
✨ Support skin rejuvenation
✨ Brighten dull skin
✨ Promote a healthier complexion overall

It’s one of my favourite treatments because it’s effective, non-invasive and suitable for most skin types.

Swipe through to discover why high frequency is a treatment I regularly incorporate into facial treatments.

DM the word ‘Frequency’ for more advice on whether it’s a suitable fit for your skin concerns 🤍

If you’ve ever had a facial with me, you’ve probably heard me talk about high frequency.

It’s actually a well-established treatment that has been used in skincare for decades, valued for its ability to support a range of skin concerns in a gentle, non-invasive way.

Some of the benefits include:

✔️ Helping to reduce spot-causing bacteria
✔️ Calming inflammation
✔️ Supporting circulation
✔️ Encouraging a brighter complexion
✔️ Promoting overall skin rejuvenation

One of the reasons I recommend it so often is because it’s gentle, non-invasive, and suitable for most skin types.

Healthy skin isn’t always about aggressive treatments. Sometimes it’s about consistently supporting the skin so it can function at its best.
