Such an amazing weekend with the team, although we didn’t come back with a win this year we still had the best night, and to be a finalist is an huge achievement.

We danced the night away at Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort with gin in hand and plenty of laughs.
Then a wedding deserved spa break The Woodland Spa to revitalise and chill after a busy summer.

We can’t wait for next year Neäl & Wølf 🫶🏼

Today marks 3 years since I opened the doors to Charlotte Inez Hair Studio — and honestly, what a journey it’s been! 🥹🤍

I’d worked at Mitchell Tyler since I was at school, and after years of working my way up, myself and Heidi went away for a weekend. Somewhere between the hot tub, a few drinks and a lot of talking, we decided… why not take the plunge?! 😂🥂

And that decision changed everything.

This was the moment Charlotte Inez Hair Studio went from me being a self-employed stylist renting a chair, to becoming the boss with my own name above the door. 🥹✨

Taking over the salon has, without a doubt, been my biggest achievement in my career so far. It was a huge leap, a massive risk and one of the scariest things I’ve ever done — but also one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Three years on, I’m so proud of what I’ve built, the people I’ve met, the clients who have become friends, and the little salon that I get to call mine. 🖤

A HUGE thank you to every single client who has supported me, trusted me with their hair and continued to come through my doors. And to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me and believed in me along the way — thank you. It genuinely means more than you’ll ever know. 🫶🏼
