This life is yours to breathe.
Not the version that’s left over once everyone else has had what they need.
It’s yours as the main event — yours to find happiness in, yours to feel good in, yours to breathe fully in.
I was taught to give to others first, sometimes it was set as a virtuous value, but it was also a survival mechanism that led me to getting to myself last.
Like this was supposed to be what generosity looked like.
What I’ve learned instead: the breath you don’t take for yourself is the one that can never reach anyone else either.
You can’t share from empty or survival.
You can’t give from a lack of life force.
Taking care of you first isn’t selfish. It’s what makes you sustainable — for the people you love, the work you’re building, the life you actually want.
That’s a freedom worth breathing into. And I want that for you.
Come and Conspire with me.
With love,
Ella xo
I used to think willpower was the whole equation. Decide hard enough, want it badly enough, and change would follow. 🌬️
What I didn't understand back then was that my breath had already made the decision — long before my mind caught up.
An old history tucked into a shortened breath.
Held and tightened.
Protecting something I didn't even know needed protecting.
You're not failing when the old pattern reveals itself.
Your breath is just doing exactly what it learned to do a long time ago — keep you safe by keeping life familiar.
Conspire Breathwork doesn't argue with that protection. It teaches your breath there's another way to feel safe — one that doesn't cost you the life you're trying to build, or shame the one you had to build to get you here.
Come and Conspire with me.
With love,
Ella xo
I spent years looking everywhere for what was working underneath my life the whole time, without me even knowing it. 🌬️
Building Conspire Breathwork, the biggest lesson wasn't a system.
It was realising nobody had ever told me that my own breath could hold ALL LIFE — and when I started to paying attention to it I had the world in my lungs.
Nobody taught you this because unless you go looking, you won’t find this best kept secret.
This is the whole reason Conspire Breathwork exists — to hand you back what should have been yours from the start.
Come and Conspire with me.
With love,
Ella xo

Today is my dad's birthday.
He would have been 97.
I am eternally grateful I got to be Ebenezer's daughter.
He was a man who met life with an open heart and the deepest curiosity about everything.
He was born into a life destined for injustice and with this hand dealt him he chose to be fiercely on the side of those without a voice.
A man of integrity who believed that learning never stopped and made sure I knew it too.
He showed me how to dance with life widely — the beauty and the difficulty of it — without flinching at or holding fear from either.
Losing him has taken that lesson somewhere I didn't expect.
Because grief, it turns out, is its own kind of relentless teacher.
It has shown me the difference between a breath held against the pain of missing someone and a breath breathed all the way into it.
The first keeps the loss of him at arm's length.
The second — somehow — keeps him close.
I have learned to breathe into the full emotional width of loving someone who is no longer here.
To let the loss be as big as it needs to be. And to let the memories — a lifetime of them — sustain me in his absence with humbling gratitude.
That is not something I figured out in my head.
It happened in my breath.
Happy birthday Daddypie 🌬️
With love always,

You're always the one who holds it together.
The planning. The checking in.
The patience when she cancels last minute, the grace when she makes your conversation about herself, the quiet swallowing of the thing you actually needed to say because somehow the moment always passes before it arrives.
Today you don't have the bandwidth.
You try to say so.
You start the sentence — life has you strung out, you just need her to hear you for once — and before you've finished she's already somewhere else.
Her partner. Her drama. Her version of hard that somehow always edges yours out of the room.
And something shifts.
Not dramatically. Just quietly, clearly — for the first time without the usual rush to make excuses for her — you see it.
This is the moment a different standard reveals itself.
A clarity arises from inside you when your breath finally has enough room to tell you the truth.
Because here's what Conspire Breathwork has shown me — your breathing anatomy holds the shape of every relationship you've learned to make yourself smaller in.
Every friendship where you've held your breath against your own needs. Every dynamic where you've exhaled your power away to keep the peace.
The breath adapted. Quietly. Over years.
To fit a life you were conditioned to believe was the only one available to you.
Whose standards have you made your own?
You were enough before you achieved anything.
Before you became the most patient friend, the most reliable one, the one who always shows up.
You were already enough.
Which means the standard isn't about becoming more.
It's about making room for what's true.
In your breath.
In your body.
In the relationships that get to stay. 🌬️
Come and Conspire with me.
With love,
Ella xo
Your breath has never left you.
Not even on the days you felt completely alone, or the days life asked more of you than you felt you had to give. Not through the grief, the rage, the love that cost you more than you bargained for.
Every single moment of your life — the ones that broke you open into awe and the ones you'd rather forget — your breath was there.
Quietly. Completely. Without being asked or asking anything of you.
It has never once withheld itself from you.
And yet somewhere along the way you learned to withhold yourself from it.
To make it small, tight, controlled — a shortened breath for a life that deserved so much more room.
On the days you're out of answers, when you can't see the way through and you're not sure who or what to trust — there is always something waiting to be claimed in your breath.
There may be solutions. And something even better than that.
You get to return to the one thing that has had your back every single moment of your existence without exception.
When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace.
Conspire Breathwork is how you learn to own it ALL. 🌬️
Come and Conspire with me.
With love,

You can feel it in your body before anything has happened.
That slight tightening as your breath shortens in hopes of figuring out what in this moment is still unknown to you.
And because you’re capable and you get things done, you respond in the way that makes sense.
You think it through, over prepare and make sure everything is handled.
But your breath never really softens out of the anticipation.
It just stays slightly held and you get used to functioning like that.
What most people don’t realise is that none of this is being driven by what’s on your plate.
It’s being driven by a breath pattern that has learned to brace and keep everything in place.
Which is why managing it from the surface doesn’t shift it.
When you work with your breath and it starts to release the hold it’s been keeping on you, something else becomes available.
You’re still you the capable, reliable one who handles things.
But there’s space in your breath where there used to be pressure.
Exhale is where that shift begins.
It is all love,

You wake up in the middle of the night already in tomorrow.
Your body running through what needs to be handled, what can’t be missed, what you need to stay on top of and before you even get out of bed you’ve decided the answer is to just be sharper with it all.
So you are.
You handle things, you keep it moving, you make sure nothing slips and from the outside it works, you look like someone who has it together.
But that tightness doesn’t actually go anywhere
it just gets absorbed into how you function.
Most people don’t clock that this isn’t about how much you have on your plate.
It’s the way your system is already bracing before anything has even happened and no amount of thinking, organising or staying ahead really touches that.
Exhale is where we go to the place that’s actually driving it, in your breath, in the moment your body is already preparing for something.
Instead of pushing through it, you learn how to stay there without overriding yourself long enough for your system to realise it doesn’t need to grip and brace in the same way.

You don’t always recognise shame when it’s quiet.
For me, it’s sounded like:
“You should be further ahead than this.”
Not loud or dramatic. It just sat there… nagging me in the background.
I’ve been feeling it most when it comes to my work. Because on paper, I have the experience.
Years deep. Lived and entirely breathed.
Despite that here I am, building a foundation and - not because I don’t know what I’m doing.
It’s because I’m choosing to build something that can actually hold what I’ve lived where before it had been wrapped up in what I was told I was “allowed” to do.
On top of that something I don’t always say out loud, is, I’ve been carrying a lot for a very long time because expanded responsibilities didn’t arrive later in life for me. It’s been who I am since I was little.
I’ve been caring for the people that came before me, and for the ones I’m raising and will one day pass the baton to.
That kind of life shapes you, makes you capable. It also means you learn how to keep going, regardless.
So no, I don’t recognise myself in the narrative that midlife is the rising of rage.
I have felt rage and lots of it, but I chose to meet my rage a long time ago. It was either that, or let it burn everything around me.
And what I found on the other side of doing that wasn’t suppression.
It was a direction that moved me towards love, steadiness and things that could actually hold me too.
So now that there’s a little more space for me in my life - that’s what I’m building around me.
Not from the beginning, it’s coming from my truth.
Conspire Breath-Work is where I learned how to stop holding it all alone. It’s where I can remember and be resilient because of what I carried without it hardening me.
This next phase of my work isn’t about proving anything.
It’s about building something that lasts and can hold my experience, capacity and legacy.
And if you’re someone who has always just “got on with it”… Who doesn’t necessarily look like they’re struggling, but knows there’s more available…
You’ll understand this.
It is all love,
Ella xo
Most capable people assume the pressure they feel is simply part of life.
But sometimes what you’re feeling isn’t life itself.
It’s the effect of contraction.
When the system braces, perception narrows and everything feels heavier.
Conspire Breath-Work widens that internal field.
And when range returns, you can meet life with choice instead of pressure.
It is all love,
Ella xo
