We achieved this creamy honey blonde using Wella Koleston Perfect 12/81 with 9% to lift the darker tones. The hair already had a 6/7 lift from a previous appointment with plenty of level 2/3 still in. We were able to pull out the lighter tones while softening the darker ones.
