💙 September is B12 Awareness Month 💙
Vitamin B12 plays an important role in energy production, healthy red blood cells and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Low B12 can sometimes show up as more than just tiredness, with symptoms including fatigue, brain fog, pins & needles, dizziness, weakness and changes in mood.
This month is a great reminder to recognise the signs and seek appropriate medical advice if you’re concerned about possible B12 deficiency.

A little bit about the person behind BW Aesthetics…
👩🏼⚕️ I’m Bev — I’ve worked as a healthcare professional for over 20 years, and caring for people has always been a huge part of who I am. It’s something I’ve carried with me into aesthetics and will always be at the heart of how I treat my clients.
💉 Aesthetics is my passion. I love treatments that enhance what you already have — it’s never about changing your face, just helping you feel like the best version of YOU.
🐶 At home, it’s basically a small zoo. My Sheltie Henry, three Ragdoll cats and one hen 😂🤍
🌿 Gardening is my switch-off. Give me a sunny day pottering around the garden and I’m happy.
🥂 I love a glass of champagne… and I’m definitely partial to a cocktail or two 🍸
🍽️ I LOVE food. Eating out, trying new places and deciding where we’re going to eat next is basically a hobby 😂
✈️ I love a little trip away. Good food, cocktails and somewhere gorgeous? I’m packed.
🤍 And probably the biggest thing to know about me… I genuinely love making people feel good.
Seeing someone look in the mirror after their treatment and smile is still one of my favourite parts of what I do.
