Full head of babylights and a low percentage bleach bath to the ends to brighten and even this blonde for my lovely new client
Blondes pick up dirt, oil and products and stain over time, once to twice a year it’s safe to bleach the ends with a super low peroxide to brighten them back up and even out the blonde again
