Accomplished not smug. And not so afraid anymore. Yes, I have put weight on (again). Yes, it is a regular problem. However, I still love myself. It’s a part of me that needs accepting not shaming, then releasing. So whilst I am not happy about it, I am not letting it dictate how I feel about myself, and how I show up in the world. After all, if I shame myself for this, I shame everyone else who is overweight. And maybe that’s the lesson I need to learn.

It’s amazing what you can do when you’re determined!!
Here’s my brand new under the stairs office! All done in about 45 minutes this morning with Lydia’s help 😘,
This is a BIG month for me in my business so I decided it was time to create a dedicated space to create from.
Maybe needs a few more touches but I think it’s a good start.
