With the news that there are new tumors growing in Denvah's right eye, meaning we will be called in for unexpeted and more procedures than normal, I need to keep her as healthy as possible.

Whilst we have been very lenient since her systemic chemo finished as we need to start rebuilding her immune system slowly we now need to pull that back in a little.

If Denvah is poorly in any way then she won't be able to go under general anaesthetic and this will delay her treatment and have a massive impact on her journey.

I will still be working, however I kindly ask that if you have a procedure booked in and for any reason you feel unwell, or you are in close proximity of someone who is or feels unwell then to please let me know so we can reschedule your appointment.

Whilst I know that sometimes you are desperate to get answers for your own health , my priority is to keep my baby healthy, and most importantly alive.

This is a very different situation to her systemic chemo where as she had no immune system at all so we couldn't work, we are now trying to rebuild her immune system slowly but also not put her in unintentional harms way or delay important EUA's

Another fantastic ear wax removal last night.

This Gentleman told me he was deaf and was going to go and see about having a hearing aid fitted.

I told him to wait and see if I could help first.

Imagine how small your ear canal is and imagine all of this being inside!
This was just from the 2nd irrigation, look at that big bit at the top 😳
We had already got loads out the 1st time just a few minutes earlier.

Needless to say he told me that he could hear again and didn't need a hearing aid.

I absolutely love what I do 👂🦻🙌

Another amazing result from Auricula acupuncture 👂

This girl came to me as she needed help to pass her driving test, anxiety took over and she needed a way to control it.

Having seen I had helped others pass their test with my Ear acupuncture she decided to give it ago.

As soon as I put the needle in the sympathetic point I seen her face relax and the calmness wash over her body.

The lung point 🫁 was a little trick to get in and also a bit nippy, I asked her "do you have any lung issues?" To which she replied "Yes ,I have asthma"
So not only was the acupuncture helping her relax to pass her test it was also helping her ease her asthma symptoms too.

I was over the moon to get a message to say she had passed.

I absolutely love this treatment, I honestly wish I could do it on myself 👂

Some good ear wax removals yesterday but this one was the winner.

My patient came to me as he couldn't hear, he was going to use Hopi Ear Candles but I advised not too as they are more holistic and can sometimes make the situation worse.

They would have never removed this!

An examination of both his ears I advised irrigation rather than microsuction or manual removal.

This is what came out of his right ear, and another bit later on 😳

It's absolutely no wonder he couldn't hear anything. If you imagine how small your ear canal is and both of these plus another and some smaller bits inside

The GP told him they couldn't see anything and gave him some drops 🤔 as soon as I put my otoscop in I could see the tip of this, I couldn't see his ear drum at all!!

Anyway, after he left he messaged me to say he had to turn the Bluetooth down in his car as it was far too loud and he could hardly hear it before 🤣

✅️ Another successful removal and another happy patient = a very satisfied me 🙌

Faiiled multiple times because of her nerves, no matter what she done, breathing, walking, self belief talking, as soon as Fallon seen the test car she would loose everything she had put in place, be an "absolute mess" (her words) and fail.

I asked her mam of she wanted to try Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture as it would help her massively to calm down and regulate her stress.

As soon as I put the sympathetic needle in her first ear I watched her face relax, the sympathetic point on her second ear seen her eyes go droopy, we left them in for 30 mins,.
5 different points on both ears.
