Why is it that we’re so quick to spend money, time and energy on everyone else but when it comes to ourselves we’re suddenly like…

“Maybe next week.”

As a mobile beautician, I see it all the time. Busy mums, working women, women who are constantly running around after everyone else and somewhere along the way, their own little bit of “me time” gets pushed to the bottom of the list. ❤️

So here’s your Sunday reminder:

You don’t need a special occasion to have a pamper.
You don’t need to “earn” it.
And you definitely don’t need to feel guilty for taking an hour or two for yourself. ✨

Sometimes you just need to shut the door, switch off for a little while and let someone else take care of YOU. 🥰
