Harriet was my very first model when training. We decided on hairstrokes, however, since now getting use to her brows, we thought we’d change it up a bit and add some shading through the body and tail. Going over any hairstrokes that had faded at the front.

Please use the left hand side driveway to drive to the salon and park out the front of it.

If you’re early to your appointment, feel free to park and come in and wait in reception. Please be mindful of not blocking any cars in so the previous client can get out when need be!

Slight bruising on the left brow, which will disappear in a few days.

We covered up a bit of left over work on the arches. Which was done a few years ago. These should heal and soften nicely. Top up will be in 6-8 weeks which we will then perfect any pigment she loses and any changes she wants to make.

Maternity(if you can call 4 weeks that😂) is approaching, I now have no appointments until I’m back unless someone cancels, so if you’re wanting PMU then please book this in advance. My next available slot will be SATURDAY 5th JULY.

Hannah had hair strokes with me 8 weeks ago. She came in for her top up today with hardly anything to do. You can see how softened they now are and have now blended into the background of her brow giving the most natural look!

Maria was looking for a solution to achieve fuller brows. Despite regular tinting and waxing, she struggled with sparse hair, particularly through the body and tail of her brows. She wanted to maintain the natural darkness of her brow color, so we carefully selected a shade that suited her. Given her oily skin, we chose the powder brow technique for the best results. Over the next few weeks, her brows will heal and soften, leaving her with a beautifully enhanced look. Maria was thrilled with the outcome!

📔 The diary will run up to Friday 30th May with the normal hours. I will then take 3 weeks off to recover from a C section.

📔 The diary will then go into reduced hours 3 weeks after - the days I’ll be working will be Thursday all day & Saturday mornings. (Afternoons on request if morning is full)

📔 This will only be for a few months and then more hours will resume. If you’re a regular lash & brow client, please book ahead.

Charlotte had her brows microbladed several years ago and wanted a fresh new look. We decided on the powder/ombré brow technique, as it’s ideal for covering old work. When working over previous brow tattoos, the existing ink needs to be faded enough for a successful cover-up. If the original shape or style no longer suits your preference, I typically recommend a laser removal session to lighten the ink and create a clean canvas. In Charlotte’s case, her old microblading had faded significantly, allowing us to apply the ombré technique directly over it.

Charlotte will have a top up in 8 weeks time to go over any areas that need topping up, then that will be it for up to 24 months!

Amie visited me today for her brow transformation. She had struggled with sparse brows and wanted a natural look—just enough definition so she wouldn’t need to fill them in with makeup. We opted for the combination method, which blends hairstrokes with soft shading. The result? A beautifully natural finish with just the right amount of shading, giving Amie the effortless brows she wanted.

Booking fees.

All PMU appointments or appointments longer then 1 hour require a booking fee. This booking fee is then deducted from your treatment price on the day.

You can change your appointment up to 48 hours before and transfer your booking fee. However, if you have not given 48 hours notice, your booking fee will be lost and you would be required to pay another one next time you book.

This is to protect the business. All PMU appointments are booked out as 3 hours long and I cannot fill that appointment again in such a short space of time, so that booking fee covers time I’ve lost.

PMU booking fee is £50.00. Other treatments over 1 hour long will be less. Usually 20 percent of the treatment price.

How Laser Tattoo Removal Works

Laser tattoo removal uses high-intensity laser energy to break down tattoo ink particles, allowing the body’s immune system to gradually remove them. The process is based on a principle called selective photothermolysis, which targets the ink without significantly damaging the surrounding skin.

Step-by-Step Process
1. Laser Energy Absorption
• A specialized laser emits pulses of light that pe*****te the skin and are absorbed by the tattoo ink. Different wavelengths are used to target specific ink colors.
2. Ink Fragmentation
• The absorbed laser energy heats up and shatters the ink particles into smaller fragments. The smaller the fragments, the easier they are for the body to process.
3. Immune System Response
• Once the ink is broken down, the body’s lymphatic system (part of the immune system) gradually removes the tiny ink particles over several weeks.
4. Fading Over Time
• With each laser session, more ink particles are shattered and cleared away. This leads to progressive fading of the tattoo. Multiple sessions are needed for complete removal, depending on the tattoo’s size, ink colors, depth, and the individual’s skin type.

Factors Affecting Removal
• Tattoo color: Black ink absorbs all laser wavelengths and is easiest to remove. Other colours can still be removed.
• Skin tone: Lighter skin generally responds better, but modern lasers can effectively treat darker skin with minimal risk of scarring or pigment changes.
• Tattoo depth & density: Professional tattoos, which are deeply embedded with high-density ink, take longer to remove than amateur tattoos.
• Location on the body: Areas with good blood circulation (like arms and shoulders) heal faster than areas with less circulation (like ankles).

Does It Hurt?

Laser tattoo removal is often compared to the sensation of a rubber band snapping against the skin.

Aftercare & Healing
• Redness, swelling, and blistering are common after treatment.
• Keep the area clean to prevent infection.
• Avoid direct sun exposure to reduce the risk of pigmentation changes.
• Allow at least 6-8 weeks between sessions to let the body process the ink.
