The sun is streaming into my blending room & I am definitely in my happy place 🌷🌱☀️

I don’t know about you, but my skin is soooooo dry right now, mainly from being indoors with the central heating on! With spring feeling like it has officially sprung, it’s time to treat my skin! This rich body butter is packed full of amazing oils to nourish & hydrate, I’ve added lavender to mine, but would work well with any essential oils 😊

It’s great for anywhere that needs some tlc - elbows, knees, feet or smother it all over. I’m also using it to soothe my ever growing baby bump 🤰

This last week has mentally been a struggle for me, as it has for so many. It’s taken me a few days to even go near my oils, which in itself is out of character.
I have taken some time today, and I am so happy that I have.
Geranium is always the oil I reach for first when I’m blending for myself, it always grounds me and helps me achieve inner peace - it never fails ( it also helps to balance hormones ) 💜
I’ve blended it with Bergamot & Lavender in a carrier oil and this oil is my little bottle of calm for today, tomorrow and until I feel more like myself.
I’ll add a few drops to the Bath, I’ll use it on my pulse points and as a body oil.
