We are an all ladies fun, supportive and fabulous running group! We run on Mondays in Redcar and Thursdays in Ingleby Barwick.

We are an all ladies fun, supportive and fabulous running group! We run on Mondays in Redcar and Thursdays in Ingleby Barwick, and you are welcome to come along to either or both sessions. Our aim is to make running in a group fun and to support each other. We hope to improve your fitness along the way, with a mix of social and training sessions. This is an intermediate level run so if you’re running around 5k in 45 mins, you’ll be just fine. Session cost is £20 for a 10 week block and is lead by a qualified run leader �

🏃🏽♀️👑🩵 Trail running in Ingleby Barwick tonight with these lovely TnT Queens. No alpacas but we did see the Gorilla 🦍 and also managed to get a soaking ☔️ 💦 gorgeous night ladies - well done. Be proud xx

🏃🏽♀️👑 Alpacas in the drizzle 🌧️ 🦙 Despite the rain, we had a fab night at Captain Cooks to see the alpacas and beautiful horses too! And a hilly, cobbly trail 5k (almost) Great night ladies well done 🩵 be proud xx

🌊 ☀️ 🍦 👑 TnT Queens in Saltburn tonight. A glorious night for a little run/walk. Sea breeze, sunshine, pier views and delicious ice cream 😍 fab night ladies - loved it! Well done xx
