Another successful healing session completed. My client managed to release some trauma from when he was 12 years old.

Sometimes we don’t understand where physical pain comes. Forgetting that emotional trauma manifests as physical pain in the body.

I love how my thumb just naturally spat out a 5mm splinter, that I was struggling to get at!

I’ve had this book since 2017 & only just now trying the flush. It’s definitely working. It’s also teaching me a lesson, not to let fear & procrastination put me off pursuing a healthier lifestyle.
