Due to an extremely high number of last minute cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals, unfortunately I have to start taking deposits for appointments.

Deposits will be £10 and you will lose your deposit if you:
- cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment,
- arrive more than 15 minutes late,
- do not show up at all.

If your appointment goes ahead as planned, the deposit will be used toward the cost of your service.

If you already have an appointment booked with me, I will not be asking for a deposit, but please note that I will have to going forwards.
