💜 ROOT & RISE WALK & TALK | CHARITY EVENT 💜
Sometimes we get so caught up in the rush of everyday life that we forget to appreciate the things we often take for granted.
The ability to get outside.
The ability to move our bodies.
The ability to breathe in fresh air, walk beside others, laugh, talk and connect.
Our upcoming Root & Rise Walk & Talk isn’t about how fast you walk or how many miles you cover. It’s about coming together as a community, slowing down, being present, and appreciating the simple things that make such a difference to our wellbeing.
It’s a chance to step away from the pressures of daily life, have meaningful conversations, make new connections, and remind ourselves how powerful human connection can be.
We’re also incredibly proud to be raising money for St Elizabeth Hospice, supporting the amazing work they do for individuals and families across our local community. 💜

🥊 Our First Rise Into The Ring Class 🥊
WOW. What a way to launch our very first Rise Into The Ring session!
A massive well done to every single person who stepped through the door tonight. Whether it was your first time putting on gloves or you’re no stranger to boxing, you all gave it everything and absolutely smashed it. 💥
The energy, determination, laughter, and support in the room was exactly what Root & Rise is all about. Watching everyone push themselves, learn new skills, and leave feeling stronger and more confident was incredible to see.
Thank you for trusting us, showing up for yourselves, and helping us create such a positive atmosphere in our new space. 💚
This is only the beginning, and if tonight is anything to go by, Rise Into The Ring is going to be something special.

What a way to kick things off! A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our very first Root & Rep class tonight.
Seeing you all show up, bring the energy, support one another, and fully embrace what we’re building made the evening so special. We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome into our new space and for trusting us to be part of your fitness and wellbeing journey.
Root & Rise has always been about more than just movement, it’s about community, connection, confidence, and having fun along the way. Tonight was exactly that. 💪🌱
We’re so excited for what’s to come and can’t wait to continue growing this amazing community together.
